- College Application Teacher Recommendation Form
- Click on the Teacher Recommendation Form (above). Once the form opens, click on the download arrow in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You will then open the downloaded form in Word. You should now save the master form to your desktop for future use. When you are ready to begin working on a recommendation, rename the document (using Save As) with the student’s name. If you would like to save this document to make edits later, you can simply do a Save at this point. Once the document is final and ready to be uploaded, you will your final Save As – when the drop down menu appears, in the middle portion of the menu, you will see “Format: Word Document”. From this drop down menu, select PDF. Once the PDF file has been generated, you can now upload this document into Naviance.
