Introduction to Computer Programming students and AP Computer Science A students cap off the year with programming web games. After spending majority of the term learning Java, students spent their final month of school learning JavaScript, a web based programming language. Java is the primary programming language that students learn for College Board’s AP assessment but is only a small subset of computer science. Through learning Javascript, students applied months of reading and writing code to creating graphics, animations, and games.
