On Monday, February 3rd, Jimmy Huntingdon, a French Canadian ice hockey player for the Syracuse Crunch, put on a Question and Answer Session for students in the Middle School Library. Jimmy grew up outside Montréal, Quebec in a French speaking home. Students asked in French about school in Canada, his pro travel schedule, and his love of ice hockey. One student shared that he had beaten Jimmy on the interactive online game NHL 2020! Oh là là! Jimmy said that if he were not playing professional ice hockey, he would be a Physical Education teacher. Students enjoyed helping Jimmy with his English and receiving autographs. Allez-y, les Crunch!
