Universal PreK Registration

To be eligible, a child must be 4 years old on or before December 1 of the school year in which they enroll.

 

Kindergarten Registration

To be eligible, a child must be 5 years old on or before December 1 of the school year in which they enroll.

 

Special Education

If your child receives special education or related services (OT, PT, Speech), please contact the Special Education office at 315-655-5313 or email mtrush@caz.cnyric.org

 

Required Documents for the Registration Process

1. Birth Certificate
2. Proof of Residency - Parent/Guardian of the student must submit evidence establishing their physical presence in the District. Proof of residency may include:
   1. Tax bill (homeowners)
   2. Utility bill
   3. Lease agreement or mortgage statement
   4. Statement by a third party landlord, owner or tenant from whom the parent/guardian leases or with whom they share property within the District.
3. Identification of Parent/Guardian
   1. Driver's license
   2. Passport
4. Custody Papers (if applicable)
5. Health Records - Including Immunizations

Student registration for the 2024-2025 school year at Cazenovia Central School District is completed online. Digital copies (PDF, PNG, JPEG) of required documentation can be uploaded during the online registration process.
